Where do you find stock on market data?

Just wondering where's the best place to find this data freely accessible? I know REIWA make it quite easy for Perth, but where do I find the other capital city data? Couldn't find anything on Brisbane on the REIQ site.

SQM Research has some data but the numbers are different to REIWA (8000 listings according to REIWA, 18000 according to SQM).

Any other sources or will SQM do and just worry about trends not actual numbers?

Do you have some area's picked out already in Brisbane? Some agents are good at reporting what is happening in specific suburbs they specialise in. Get onto their database or mail out for updates.

Thanks, I've seen the numbers at the back of API but they're for individual suburbs, I wanted a capital city number ie stock on market in Brisbane is x.
