I'm renting out my place at the end of this year in Canberra and my oven (which is 10 years old) is starting to annoy me, and sure to annoy renters.
Although we cleaned it out thoroughly when it is used it fills the place up with smoke and also the seals are useless. It is a gas oven and is not fan forced, so i end up using a George Foreman contact roaster as it doesnt it quicker (strange, huh?)
So i am thinking of getting a new oven and really don't know where to start. Where in Canberra would be a good place to buy an oven and would you recommend getting a fan forced gas one? Remember this is for an IP not for PPOR.
