Where to get location stat's for research? ie, yields, growth, vaccancy rates

HI

Where do you find comprehensive information when trying to research locations, ie medians of the last 10 years, vaccancy rates, yields etc. I looked at the Real Estate authority in my state and they only had the latest median prices for suburbs. I've looked at RP Data but too me it's more for real estate agents, not necessarily those who would only use it once a year (after purchasing annual subscription).

I've got some great magazines etc, but looking for more in depth stuff?

API & Residex

Hi,

I'm a subscriber to API and find this a very good general source of information.

Take a look at Residex , they have all types of reports for differing purposes, some high level some very detailed. Cost ya money, but hey you gotta spedn money to make money!
