Which bank r you with and what interest rates are you currently getting?

Anyone know what's the going variable/fixed rate that you can realistically get on 500k+? I'm thinking of going half fixed, half variable. I spoke to NAB today who offered 5.13% variable, with an annual fee of $395. Fixed Rate is currently 4.79%, which isn't too bad.

5.13% is the discount SVR rate I was also offered with ANZ and NAB.

I got 4.79% pre-paid interest for one year, that was in June.
