Who do you call to sort your mould out?

Hi Smiffy

I got rid of the mould by sorting my underfloor ventilation.
I also asked my neighbors to stop draining water from their adjoining car park into my underfloor.
It took years of coughing, and me getting very sick, letters from the doctor, and little support from Councils health department.
Eventually I got rid of it!

In a more general sense buy Shannon Lush's Spotless at an ABC bookstore. She is amazing.

She says chlorine merely bleaches mould. I think it's oil of cloves that kills it.

Where is the mould forming ?

Underfloor ventilation would be a good starting point but if it not a serious problem I would be trying to increase ventilation to the area, use a de-humidifier (have found this makes the biggest difference) or increasing natural light.

I also heard bleach doesn't work and have used plain old white vinegar sucessfully in the past.

Would say evaporative cooler would definitely add to the mould issue - need drier air, not more moist air.
