If it helps - we had Cordato Partners in Sydney drawn up all the contracts. Not sure if they still do it, but give them a call.

We wrote our own contracts, to make sure the protection we wanted for ourselves was there.
Our lawyer just put it in 'legal terms'

Hi Lizze

Yes, Tony Cordato is still drawing up Instalment Contracts, Lease/Options and Second Mortgages plus a whole bunch of other associated paperwork, including some very versatile Joint Ventures.

I think the reason the legal paperwork for vendor finance has improved so much over the last few years is because of Tony's years of experience in the area (he's been specialising in it since 1998). This also applies to Lewis O'Brien, of Lewis O'Brien & Associates, in Vic.

Happily both Tony and Lewis provide the same type of as Kathryn mentions, i.e. we all seem to want our own bits and pieces inserted into Contracts and both Tony and Lewis are happy to oblige - if they don't think it's a crazy idea ;-)
