Who to use for Depreciation - QLD and Syd

Hi guys,

I need to get some depreciation schedules done - 2 in QLD, 2 in Sydney.

Any recommendations on who to use, what to ask for etc?

Take a lot of photos and use depreciator

Unless it's a post 87 property, or an older one with renos. If that is the case, it's going to need an inspection.
Best thing is to call someone and have a chat. If you call us and you happen to have any photos, I can tell you what depreciation you might get before you go any further. If I'm around, just ask to be put through to me - I get bored and I'm always happy to have a chat.

I have 2 in QLD and my brother has 1 in QLD we need done as well.. WIll speak to Scott about them but BMT seem to be the biggest company?

We've got guys (and they are quantity surveyors) in Queensland from the NSW border up as far as Cairns - and that bloke covers Port Douglas for us.
