not sure if this is posted in the right section or now however i came across this property a while ago and have just noticed that the agent has still got it listed.

all the work had been done over time and then the owner had gone to council to get it all approved. when the engineer attended he was shocked at what he had seen and i think they may have been told to either fix all the issues or put the house back to the way it was. the owner has decided to try and on sell the problem to somebody else. the property has now been listed since 2010 (i think), what i don't understand is why they don't drop the price to get the property sold. i did give them an offer that i thought was good considering the work that needs to be made however they didn't want to move off the price at all. i was told back then that the price has already been reduced.
any thought would be great.
