Windsor (North of Brisbane CBD) Property Manager

Hello!

I have just secured a town house in Windsor and now need to look at property managers. My buyers agent has a property manager available however they charge a rate of 8% among other fees. I would feel comfortable using them given their high standard of service to date (at least during the buying process) but I was wondering if any of the experienced investors on here could recommend anyone else.

We use them and they are good, and some days better
