With $350k-$450k which area in Brisbane would you recommend?

Just confirmed that (in fact) we can afford IP of $350k-$450k at the moment.

Which area in Brisbane would you recommend for growth (rental house) for this price?
 
Have a look at rochedale south.... new land release in that area (rochedale) is priced at average of $350k while houses can still be had for $370k plus...

Rochedale is ear marked as the next big development preseinct due to the availabity of land to subdivide... something which is becoming harder to find in the brisbane council area.
 
Agree with IshQ (we actually live in Rochedale South & love it there).

We have 2 IP's in Meadowbrook Lakes and 2 IP's in Loganholme and they would fit into your purchase price criteria Mixedup. If you check out the Friday edition of the Albert & Logan News, there is a very useful real estate lift out section which should help you as well!
