Seeing the thread about pets, reminded me of a strange request I had from my pm a couple of weeks ago.
The tenant wanted to purchase a worm farm to recycle his household waste. It must be some sort of compost tank or something. The council in that area allows a rebate to be claimed, one per property for all worm farms.
The tenant wanted permission, and a letter allowing him to claim the rebate on my IP address.
I told the pm to do the letter on my behalf, but stipulated something must be entered on the lease. Something along the lines of: the worm farm is not to be kept in any part of the house, especially not on verandahs where wet over flow may damage floors.
