Worthwhile trading a vehicle every two years?

car values (with some exceptions) decrease the most from new each year after that it decreases less. first year loses the most, and then lesser amounts each year till rego is the biggest component of its value.

so if we're talking about the average person buying cars (not under table deals with nathan gets the cars at 75% market value by some hocus pocus), then the the older the car is that you do this system with, the better.

so you're better off just buying a car that is good value and suitable for its purpose, and hanging onto it until its no longer suits its purpose, and then sell and buy again. hang on, thats what everyone does anyway...
