redwing 21st Mar, 2014 #3 She has her own site but Google says Yza Canja runs (or ran) the daily operations at CCorp Click to expand... Maybe she ventured out on her own??

H handyandy 21st Mar, 2014 #5 She needed 10 points but could only think of 5 - so she repeated them. Her course most probably reflects the same attitude. http://guidetopropertyinvestment.com.au/ What a joke

S srini 21st Mar, 2014 #6 I went to one of her "free" seminars that ran for a couple of hours - good way to waste your time. She was talking about a bunch of "smart" strategies - meaning make money quick schemes. Personally, I ran away quickly as I could. But that did not stop other people from paying for an expensive mentorship program on the spot. Just my 2c worth.

Peter_Tersteeg 21st Mar, 2014 #7 I've met her a couple of times at various mortgage broker conferences. Feel free to give me a call to discuss.

T Teshy 21st Mar, 2014 #8 I went to her seminar this week in Melbourne. She made few good points around how to choose area/properties and I'm keen to learn how to buy properties with no money down but not sure how/if it works in real life.

T Teshy 23rd Mar, 2014 #11 Thanks MsAli & Monalisa for sharing your experience. Yes, I wasn't too sure of her but your replies made me certain to steer clear of her.

MsAli 23rd Mar, 2014 #12 Cheers Teshy. Interesting read this one: http://confidentialproperty.yzacanja.com.au/ This is why the property industry needs to be regulated.
