I have also looked at broken hill Very attractive yields but the population is dropping fast. But for 50k its worth a punt too somebody.

Friends of mine bought in match am in 2001 Simple cottage on 7.5 acres it was bought as an investment. They are selling now 12years later they will be lucky to break even. Damn scary if you ask me.
