Speaking to my pm and a few agents, there is defantly a plateau of rents and prices. They are actualy advising many wanting to sell to put tenants in till next year, looking at whats currently on the market my opinion is it might have come back slightly already?....Maybe things are slowing...

Agree nathan or Propertunity for syd, you wont go wrong with either. Gladstone has a few "experts" that have popped up, i would simply do this one yourself there is plenty of info on here regarding the area to purchase in etc...

I lived in rhodes for 5 yrs and now live just over the river in putney....There is/was a gas smell that gets spreed from the soil turning from time to time. My guess would be 60-70% are lived in by people from asain heritige. Its a great location with good facilitys and would have no issue...

Lj hooker got us alot higher rent than the 3 others quoted and tennanted within 5 days. Very effecient maintance etc.

I've own one in werrington downs and one in werrington county for yrs now both have granny flats and all 4 rentals have never been vacant.

As someone mentioned below the article The UDA area looks like it sits under high voltage powerlines. Blocks will be packed in....looks like a nice gov cash grab to me.

I've sent you a pm. We are currently doing a simular project up there. We wanted to subdividing and put a duplex on the rear...however we have settled for a 4 bed house on the rear, as we were told no chance for the duplex. Obvisouly its all site dependant ;)

Did you grab the one in flinders st its been sold a few times? Just out of interest the one your putting the 2 x t/houses on the rear how big is the block? Im currently got one on just over 900 and were in the midest of subdividing that for a 4 bedder on the back...

Cant go past Belinda - 0423 428 973 from luxury designs. Done extensions, granny flats, da's everything i've ever needed and very well priced :) Other on here have used her services with great results as well.
