    Perth Demolition Contractor

I've been told by a few that 10-15K is the range with asbestos removal. I'm not sure if that included septics though but I know it did include trees etc.

    Landlord Insurance Recommendation

Hi all, I can comment on EBM as I just had a claim approved through them via the REA. As far as I'm aware, everything went well except they required a further invoice breakdown for works carried out on the property due to damage. The claim took about one month to process which I think is...

    Damage to property (tenant issues)

Basically Terry, tenant hasn't made good the breach and has made comment that her life is being watched by myself and the neighbors. Neighbor had a concern about kid falling into his yard and also damaging his property. Based on what I have seen in a very short space of time makes me wonder what...

    Damage to property (tenant issues)

I replied to the PM this morning and told her to take care of it and expressed my thoughts on the matter. I foolishly think that tenants take care of the places they live in, especially brand new ones and think they will do the right thing, unfortunately this is my stupidity and I either have...

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

Hi All, Interesting thread... I will throw a few items out there for discussion Do the people take into consideration the amount of pollution created when manufacturing the solar system system itself? Plastics, aluminum, silicon etc? P.V cell efficiency unfortunately hasn't improved inline...

    Construction cost guide

All valid points Aaron and I agree. The reason behind my question is I'm attempting to obtain some pricing for developments without wasting peoples (builders) time so I can run them through my feasibility analysis especially when the land parcel is deep (120m) compared to 50 metres for example.

WARNING Heat pumps, 3 years max.

Some bright spark also ordered some new "dongas" at work with these overpriced pieces of junk. The old design whether it was instantaneous or storage could be repaired by the local sparky or plumber.. not anymore and we are paying the price of a poor decision. Because they now use refrigerant...

    Triplex Finance

    The hidden extras of building

The additional costs add up quickly and it doesn't take long to rack up 30K plus. Some extras that I had to do to finish the house off are; -Removal of sand & replace with topsoil for the lawn & garden bed areas -Shrubs, trees etc -Mulch -Garden wall blocks, rear garden retaining wall...
