Anyone got any knowledge of where to buy in Broome for a reasonable block of land. There are some new subdivisions going on e.g. the Old Broome Estate, sunset park estate. Not sure which to buy in. I can only afford no more than 260K. Don't want to buy near any homeswest estate housing...

Thinking of buying land in either Broome or Jurien Bay long term investment. Not sure would be the better suburb for growth long term. Anyone know of good land areas to by in Broome or Jurien bay for up to 270K. Regards
