Thinking of buying land in either Broome or Jurien Bay long term investment. Not sure would be the better suburb for growth long term. Anyone know of good land areas to by in Broome or Jurien bay for up to 270K.

id have to go broome.

jurien is fine and all, u wont go wrong. jurien, cervantes, wedge/lancelin, leeman...its all coastal, and close enough to perth. jurien has certainly thrived lately, developments to continue.

but broome...japs. money. tourism. new airports. even our east coast friends have heard of it!! i see it as a large centre, a Cairns type if you will (not as big obviously but same 'type' of town/city), further down the track. going to broome cup this year, first time up there, so cant wait.
