Was just informed today that it will now cost close on a $100 for trusts and companies to apply for matters to be listed at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (formally CTTT).
The charge for properties owned in personal name is still $47 but where a corporation makes an application it will now cost $94.

What an absolute rip off that companies are again slugged for no reason other than they can.
