2031 NSW Population Projection

Just thought this might be useful to NSW investors.

The NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure has released population projections for 2031 based on Local Government Area. Identifies which areas will have significant growth, which won't, and which will have an ageing population.

Could well be useful for long term investment planning

Looks like the biggest growth is in southwestern sydney - camden way.

And northern central coast outperforms southern central coast.

Yep - but when you look at available land for development, The Wyong LGA has large areas of greenfield land. Gosford has next to nothing.

So would you be taking a punt on buying greenfield land in Wyong or buying in gosford where exisitng scarcity may keep prices high?
