I just googled Braeside Hamilton to see what the history of this beauty is, and it seems this is already under contract (showing a sold price???) so maybe this second link is an older one?

Oh.. I know that house.

Back in the late 70s it was a house for mums and kids who had fled their homes. I went to primary school with a girl who lived there for a while. I can remember climbing endless stairs to get to her tiny flat on the top floor. There were a lot more rooms in it then and some of the rooms shared a bathroom. I don't know when it was refurbished to its current layout

Back then the "Hamilton Hill" elite were quite upset about it.
