Just a query re a cassette type reverse cycle ac unit I have in a rental property.
Daikin 2009/10 model FBQ71BV1
Tenant is complaining that it blows hot air for up to 10 minutes before slowly chilling down to room temp set point of 24 degC.
I will be getting the unit serviced regardless, but it would be good to get a feel for what may or may not be the problem (if there is an obvious fault).
I should add the location is in extremely hot & dusty Karratha - unit hasn't been serviced since house was built and I am expecting the filters are most likely blocked solid.
Any assistance appreciated.
