Hi there, I have used PDS in the past, and I still do. See, all data providers get the data from the same source, so in regards to the “quality” of the data, they all have the same. One thing I really like about PDS is that it allows you to export your searches to Excel (Microsoft) so you can play with the data. For example, I use this when I am analyzing the market as It allows me to manipulate the data so I can work out what price range is moving quicker, or where the bulk of the sales are happening. It is also cheaper than RP Data.
