Could anyone recommend a person/company that does bathroom renovations on the northside (we are around the Strathpine area)?
We have a highset house that has one bathroom and 2nd toilet in the laundry. We are considering getting a second shower installed in the laundry. From people's experience would installing a second shower to effectively turn it into a 2 bathroom house add value (ie would we recover our costs)?
This is our PPOR but we may turn it into an IP in the future.
