Bathroom replacement of vanity bottom & showerscreen

This is repairing and replacing not a reno of our bathroom, the shower screen had a crack in it, the bottom of the vanity has water damage from bath water and the mirror has a few old age spots on the bottom edge.

Before photos.

Half way

Hubby has removed shower screen and vanity unit, vanity top is sitting in backyard. Shower screen guy has been in and measured.

When you look at the third photo if you look closely you can see the cut out in the third tile from the floor was chipped by hubby when removed, we will need to cover this up when installing new vanity bottom.

Interior Designer said not to bother retiling bathroom as a the current tile is a nice neat pattern, we have 3 tiles left over from when house was built so worst case scenario is replacing the one chipped tile.

PS
I thought SS was a bit quiet and lack some photos for you all to look at!

Hubby absolutely refuses to allow me to update taps or shower fittings.

Bathroom almost complete

I will try and talk hubby into installing a new shower head (a power one).

We have been trying to find a grout pen to go over grout in bathroom to freshen up but have been unable to find the grout pen product that I have seen demonstrated on a TV show and we really do not need to regrout whole of bathroom.

Measured and fitted vanity base cost us $550 with GST.
Showerscreen & mirror $500 installed with GST.

If we buy a power head probably another $150 maximum and a bag of white grout $10.

Vertical blinds have been soaked in napisan to clean too.
