Blocked stormwater - Org or Hydrojet?

I have a blocked stormwater at one of my rentals. Have tried all sorts of stuff, but it won't unblock. I have resorted to calling a plumber and drain specialists and was wondering what does a better job of clearing pipes - org or hydrojet? The org is cheaper at about $200 and hydrojet at $250. Both prices are for the first hour which you would think would be enough time to get the job done, as access is easy. Unless I have broken pipes due to tree roots, etc.

Hi
I've been through this exercise a bit in the last few weeks (a fair amount of mud in the storm water drains up here just now).
Last week we were going to use an eel (is that what you mean by an org?) but ended up using a specialist `stormwater unblocking' plumber referred by a colleague and he said eels are good for tree roots but if it is mud you need the jets as the eel can wriggle through mud without removing it. He used the jet with a camera alongside it to check we cleared it all and it worked really well. Took about 2 hours but that was a lot of mud and about 40 metres of drain under a concrete slab.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Melanie
