Broker recommendations

I have a mortgage broker but would like to compare advice/products with another broker. I am about to take out development finance for a triplex.
Ideally I would like someone in Perth, but if they are good I can deal online or over the phone if located elsewhere.

Any recommendations?
Obviously it needs to be someone versed in property developments and appropriate loan structures for IPs. My existing broker seems ok, is reasonably well organised, but I don't think I'm necessarily getting the best deal available.

If you are going by rate alone it may not be the most important part of the equation as policy will also come into play, depending on your specific situation.
