Got a friend in a jam about a carpark in their building, was built with an incorrect gradient so the bottom of the car park stacker cannot be used. Was built around 5 years ago. Builder who installed it does not want to know anything about it.
Anyway, they're looking for a good builder/engineer who can take a look and determine if it can be fixed and quote on the work.
Property located in North Melb, if anyone has any recommendations would be much appreciated.
