I am one of their frame carpenters for Eden brae, I am also in the process of setting up a building inspections company. I will tell you that building with Eden brae I think would be a waste of time getting an inspection done as tyrells are very fussy with their inspections.
Eden brae deliver good quality homes for a project home builder. The supervisors of Eden brae also do a bit of inspection at each stage of the build. Like once the first coat of paint is done they go around to every wall and shine a torch vertically up the wall to see if there is any defect with the wall.
What area are you building in. I know a few of the supervisors. One is a mate of mine.
