@ricflair Hi Ric I will be the first to acknowledge that using a Buyer's Agent isn't for everyone, but I can definitely attest to the fact that the internet doesn't have all the relevant or required information when making a property purchase (nor can it be said to be 100% accurate for that matter). Horses for courses.

They do seem expensive, however, when you are inter-state, going to inspections and getting to know the local market becomes quite difficult. Although it may cost you $5k to $10k to use one, they may save you this cost by getting you a property at or below market value.
