I think Fred Haggar at http://www.propertysearch4u.com.au/ does the St George & Sutherland shire.
"the right group" do SW. (rightgroup.com.au) altho their website is under revamp atm.
You can attend their tuesday night meetings/catchups at rose hill rydes when they start up again in 2011. place to meet other prop investors, share experiences etc.

In your investigations ensure your BA is at least a member of REINSW and preferably REBAA (Real Estate Buyers Agents Assoc- Only national body for buyers agents here in Oz) to ensure you're hiring an exclusive, licensed, insured (PI) professional who adheres to current laws here in NSW. Always ask for references and try to locate a BA who's an investor themselves- highly beneficial if you're searching for an IP. Best of luck.

Sounds like something I'd be interested in attending, is there any sort of fee for attendance? Is there a general format for the meeting or people just having a chat?
