I just bought an IP and am not sure if it's worthwhile getting in a quantity surveyor to get a depreciation schedule? I haven't had experience with this before.
The property is a unit, 38 years old, previous owner put floating floorboards in about 3 years ago, modern-ish kitchen and bathroom (but not brand new)... no receipts for any of this.
What would you advise? Do you think it's worthwhile?
