After looking around for 2 weeks in Carlingford, Oatlands, Pennant Hills and North Rocks area, my partner and I have decided to look to inner west area instead (Strathfield, Mortlake, Abbotsford, etc). The reason being is those areas on north and northwest of Sydney is quite far from city and since my partner is going to City everyday (she studies in UNSW, eastern suburbs area), I think we want to find somewhere closer.
Inner west area looks quite decent too, especially when I drove around Wellbank Road and Gipps Street (North Strathfield and Concord area). I also like Mortlake and Abbotsford area since they are quite and has direct bus to City. Do you guys have any opinion on this area especially Mortlake and Abbottsfor area ? I think this is the area where we would like to live in.
