Certificate of Title and 88D document

Hi everyone,

We've recently bought a land and settlement took place last week. Builder is now asking for 88B document and Certificate of Title.

Tried to contact my solicitor and the bank but to no avail. Tried to find it online in the LPI store but nothing there.

Can I ask where and how can I get copies of these documents?

(assuming it is nsw)
