Glad all our properties meet basix requirements so water rates can still be charged.
One of our PM's rang yesterday to say new tenants want to install hooks and they could stay home on Wednesday if we wanted to call in an install the hooks, hubby said they can put them up themselves.
Grounds for immediate eviction.....
• If a tenant injures, threatens, abuses, intimidates or harasses the landlord, or their agent, employees or contractors.
If anyone abuses I will evict so good to see this point in writing.
