Clumping Bamboo

Anyone know of any places in Sydney to purchase Cheap Bamboo ?

All my online research shows I can purchase cheap from QLD however spend more on courier than plants to ship to Sydney .

The places I see in Sydney are more than purchasing from QLD + shipping.

Anyone have any ideas of local places reasonable priced ?

Clumping bamboo is the popular type for landscaping because provide good screen and its roots are not invasive like other types of bamboos. Have you tried the nurseriesonline? You can always get quotes.

We got ours from Bamboo World. They are wholesalers so they sell to places like Bunnings and also sell direct to the public. Cost depends on the type of clumping bamboo you want. We paid $33 per pot for the Willowy variety but delivery to Canberra was a bit expensive.

They are in NSW Ballina area (not sure were that is exactly) look them up and give them a call. They were really helpful.

I am too looking for bamboo for my garden and I assume this is the cheapest one. I will contact them for a quote and see how it goes.
