The entrance stairs (outside) are tiled. They are slippery and also dated style.
What is a cheap way to make them safe and to upgrade the look?
- White Knight tile paint in dark grey with some sand mixed in for grip. Never tried this though.
-The other idea is just to scrape off the tiles and paint the concrete grey but that's alot more work.
- Can we tile over the top, they are all still stuck on ok.
Has anyone successfully painted high traffic tiles? The entrance room is an enclosed verandah with ugly slippery tiles. Cover with lino or floating boards would be a solution, but is there anything cheaper? eg painting them? It's 5.9x4m size.
