Something to think about for the future perhaps?

Basically a giant 3D printer literally pours the house into being from a computer design in about 1 day using a specially formulated mixture of concrete. Strength is 10,000psi where as normal concrete buildings are apparently around 3,000psi. Even puts in the all the electrical wiring, plumbing, ducted air-con if desired, roof, floor etc as the house is being built. Windows and doors and even painting could be done by other robotics or by people power. Can do any shape too so no need to stick to straight walls and roofs which are actually the worst shapes when it comes to strength and stability.

They've built an initial prototype, wonder how long before it becomes commercially viable?

so if the house price will go down and everybody will be able to get one, the price of land will go up.
Buy land, they've stopped making it! (Mark Twain)
