They do lawn maintenance which includes:
- spray to remove weed
- fertilizer and all the other stuff to keep the lawn looking green and nice

They just gave me a quote on my lawn.. total area 222sqm and it's $108 per visit. They'll visit once every two months - for a total of 6 visits a year.

Has anyone got any comment about this?

Sounds great and the site looks like they know their stuff, would you really spend $650/year on just lawn maintenance though ?

This isn't for an IP is it ?

We actually used these guys for a year (part of a negotiating deal thrown in when one of their contractors bought our second hand car )
Very happy with the lawn- it was looking wonderful, despite the lack of rain. However, with 6 visits a yr at $96 a pop we decided to shop around and found a local fellow who visits 4 times a yr for $75 a visit. He's also a local and seems to know his stuff. Shop around and look in your local paper but I can recommend coochie if you're happy to pay more.
You guys have been getting rain up there, I hear. Jealous
