Hi guys, looking to buy something in Brisbane, and came across Deception Bay, 35 mins north of Brisbane CBD
I know this place had a bad name in the past, but seems that the prices are cheap compared to surrounding suburbs like Clontarf, Rothwell...etc
Can get a entry level house for early 200's

What you guys think?

That will be 35 minutes north of the CBD at 2 am if there are no road works on the Gateway Motorway and you get all green traffic lights, or by helicopter.

Have you searched the forum for previous threads? Also consider suburbs closest to the coming Moreton rail link stations.
