Thoughts on Doolandella ....Qld

I'm starting to look at buying an IP in Qld and came across the suburb of Doolandella, situated 17kms south of Brisbane Cbd, and located adjacent to Forest Lake.

Anyone have properties there or know the area and what's planned to have an opinion on this area being a good one for future capital growth ?

Only feedback I can provide is that the ones I have seen there through my practice have sold quickly.


Eg. We had a property form a client there this year that sold 3 times (Buyers all had finance issues, not valuation) and each time it resold within a day or two of falling over.
