earning extra $

I am now conducting market survey ..also writing sort of a business plan..
After some research ..i am focusing on strata & small office cleaning only.

and most interviews (office door to door ) i find that they are serviced by the owners corp or the commercial REA who manages that property...so now i plan to contact the local commercial prop managers .

Can anyone suggest what can be my differentiating point to get a break ? can only think of price at the moment..

Thanks for any feedback

TBH I don't think owners corp and REA would be interested in anything but $$

I have been away from SS for a while...thought, i'd update the forum.

..working on setting up my cleaning business and it took a month of doing the paperwork (DIY). got it checked with an accountant...

also on the + side, i did land a sub contract 7 hours a week - but pay is not that great...i do not actually mind that as I am also receiving training in how to look after vinyl floor , correct chemicals to use and to use a buffer machine.

so i am treating that as a paid internship :D

And, landed myself a residential airbnb client - for at least 2 or 3 cleans per month...

But going forward - i would focus more on getting a smaller commercial job - which i think will more more profitable....i have heard from the cleaning supply shop guy that most commercial charge approx $50- $60 per hour.
