Easement Removed(?)

A property that a RE agent has shown me that they just got listed, does not have the Section 32 ready. The agent tells me that the existing easement on the property has now been removed.

Which responsible authority can confirm this as a copy of the title I downloaded shows the easement on the title - but the plan is 40 years old.

An easement can be removed by the responsible authority if it is not being used.

The title should show you in whos favour the easement is. Usually a water authority for sewerage or drainange. Go directly to them.
