Hi there,

Does anyone know much about Echuca's prospects going forward?

It looks like it has had steady growth, has reasonable diversity in employment, tourism on the up and possibly Melbournians heading up there to retire?

Anyone able to share please there thoughts on it's prospects?

It's a tough one to research!!

I believe its becoming a big teaching hospital...Lots of hospital site works & building going on around there as we speak.

Family live there and they've quite a few properties spread across the residential, retail/commercial and rural sectors.
