I am in the process of preparing a Putt and
Call Option Contract.
All the wisdom says the most important
clauses are the exit strategy, the only
problem is nobody will be specific, in case
you use there suggestion and it fails. (you
then sue them)
I would appreciate any suggestions that I can
pass to my solicitor, who will then vet them
and include them in my documentation.
Yes PACO are a veritable minefield but if you
go forward slowly and use the experts and the
combined knowledge of you guys to check every
step of the way, I am sure there is a way
through.
