its house music but there is lots of it and i get bored with the same old ...
except fools gold - the stone roses
and let me entertain you (live version)- robbie williams, the man is a total egomanic but when you are on the hill run, listening to all that self indulgent cheering is a boost!

actually - i too prefer silence when out power walking. ejoying the sounds of life, getting some self brain time (or empty brain time) and just being in the moment.

the dvd player is for the eliptical trainer workout.

work out music

Hi,

Usually my music taste is quite ecleptic but when working out I must have Hardstyle, NRG, Hard Trance, etc. I find it really helps me push through the pain and keeps me going at a good pace.

Some choice songs:
Big Dipper - Evolution
Crazy - Brooklyn Bounce
Vampires - DJ Neo (Blutonium Boy remix)
Master Plan - Dyewitness
Freestyle - Floorkillas
**cking beautiful - Francecore mix
L (I want your love) - Scott Project
Painted Black - Alex Fakey
Red Sky - Pete Sheppibone remix
Tricky nation - Zombie Nation
Smack my ***** up - Alpha twins remix
On a mission - Special D

Must be a looong list............

Had to check what was on the machine :D

I Got a Feeling ~ Black Eyed Peas
Boom Boom Pow ~ Black Eyed Peas
Pump It ~ Black Eyed Peas
Hey Mama ~ Black Eyed Peas
SexyBack ~ Justin Timberlake
Stronger ~ Kanye West
Fergie ~ Fergalicious
It's My Life ~ Bon Jovi
Work It ~ Nelly ft Justin Timberlake
Mama Said Knock You Out ~ LL Cool J
Hey Ya ~ Outcast
I like the Way you Move ~ Outkast
Adrenaline ~ Gavin Rossdale
Fantasy ~ Ludacris
The Way I Are ~ Timbaland
Where'd You Get Your Body From ~ Will.i.am

Tool – lateralus, schism, parabola (these are awesome as they start slow but really build up and then slow again near the end)

Rage against the machine – bulls on parade, guerrilla radio, killing in the name of

Disturbed – stricken, down with the sickness

Basically metal kicks *** during work outs, and I don’t even like metal that much

Edit: Clint Mansell – Lux Aeterna. This is a really weird track and IMO is the best one to run to as it also starts mellow and builds up to an intense level, and also it’s a long track.
