To all the developers on the forum.
I'm in the throws of putting together an application for the bank to build 9 apartments in Melbourne. I'm ticking through the list of requirements from my bank (Westpac) and have never had to do a feasibility study before now as i've never had a project of this size!
I know there are a lot of spreadsheets out there but my question is are these ok to use or should i be looking at purchasing something like Feastudy or the like?
