Finding damaged/unfinished properties

I've noticed alot of people tend to target damaged and unfinished properties, and it's a side of the renovation market that appeals to me.

Any tricks, keywords etc people use when looking for these?

Any tricks, keywords etc people use when looking for these?

Apart from having the agents knowing to call you when they list something like this, then some keywords:
TLC
Toolbox (as in "bring your toolbox')
Handyman special
Unfinished
Fire damaged
Renovate or detonate
Unlivable
Dilapidated
Repair
Stamp (as in 'put your own stamp on it')
Sweat equity
......along with misspellings of these words (REAs are not great spellers)
