Finding the sale price of a property

Sorry, I tried the search function but can't find it. Either myself or Somersoft is having issues at the moment.

I'm after the sale price of one particular property here in Melbourne, a private sale which I think occurred in the last month or so.

How can I find out the price? I know I could ring the agent, but I don't trust some of the prices I'm being told (some have varied a bit with data I have been able to find).

Has it settled yet? Even after settlement, there will be some latency before the figures flow through to RPData etc.

Was April 2010 the sale, so perhaps settlement hasn't occured. Oh well, maybe I'll just ask the agent. Seemed to have a low asking price, so just curious as to what it sold for, I know asking price and sale price can be two completely different things!
