None of the loans are cross collatarised (but one wonders what added discount the bank would offer as a sweetner to have them so). Any thoughts?

Incidentally the last I/P - number 10 - bought a few weeks ago - I only got 1% discount not the 1.1% for the others.

But I'm hanging on to see what RBA Stevens offers us next Tuesday, and if 0.5% reduction then I seriously look to fix.

100% correct my apologies....my rate is 6.36% (had to double check it)
